Efficient business location and absolutely superb views, competent staff and decent service. I enjoyed the bungalow and had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was rich and there were lots of options. All-inclusive hotel in an interesting area of Playa del Carmen...

Hotel was well priced, great value as opposed to other options. We liked everything, it was fine. The room was very pretty with a functional bathroom.

Had an exceptional stay and would return here. Every detail, the service was efficient and the staff were more than helpful. Best bed, the room was panoramic and authentic. I had a substantial breakfast with good fruit and coffee.

They had wireless in the lobby. Friendliness from the whole staff. It was across the awesome area. We had a BRILLIANT stay, loved it.

being 4-6 minutes walking distance from la vagabunda was nice, we had dinner there.

Tourist destinations like quinta avenida were next to the hotel. In love with riviera maya suites. Playacar Fase II neighbourhood is worth seeing.
